Maintenance Head

- Have Excellent Experience with all automation Systems including PLC,HMI,SCADA and drives for different brands such as Siemens, ABB & Emerson.\r\n- Have a great History of achievements in Automation & Instrumentation systems design, retrofit , upgrade & modification.\r\n- Mange and follow all maintenance & Reliability Work continuous production Lines.\r\n- Manage & develop all maintenance work for the contractors for Utilities Machines (Chillers, AHUs, Air compressors, Forklift, Fire Alarm system & firefighting system)\r\n- Manage projects for new Machines or Upgrade existing ones including technical Study, Selection & installation inside the plant. \r\n- Set, Develop and Control the Maintenance Budget.\r\n- Follow & develop all maintenance procedures & Working instructions.\r\n- Set & follow Maintenance Plans including Preventive, Check list & condition monitoring plans.\r\n- Develop Lean Daily Management System focused on improvements of MTBF MTTR & Availability for production equipment \r\n- Troubleshot critical failures, maintenance, and operational problems and use Root cause analysis methods to avoid re-occurrence of failures.\r\n- Set and manage KPI’s for maintenance team.\r\n- Develop specifications for the procurement of materials, spares, tools, and specialized maintenance & technical service contracts.\r\n- Can classify any electrical or mechanical components well to bring it by purchasing department to save spare parts in the store.\r\n- Handle prices quotations for any component to save spare parts for all machines in site store and manage the re-order procedures.\r\n- Mange the team & Procedures to follow & achieve Quality systems ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 & 5S Quality systems\r\n
