Maintenance engineer seeking work in Europe

Supervises manpower (Maintenance Front-of-Line Die Attach CavMEMS Team – Sustaining team) both engineers and line technicians\r\nEstablishes machine checklists and ensures the execution of activity to machines that process both for automotive and commercial devices \r\nProvides work instruction and out of control plans for the standardization of activity during machine repair , set-up and assist, both for automotive and commercial devices\r\nEnsures the equipment’s availability following through OEE.\r\nDocument equipment’s FMEA (Failure Modes-Effects Analysis). \r\nEnsures Team Member’s certification handling with automotive devices \r\nConducts line refresher lecture to line sustaining team\r\nProvides machine investigation whenever issues are encountered on the line as counterpart to whole 8D Team \r\nImplements/ provide corrective / improvement actions on the line \r\nAssigned to Maintenance Department at RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) Section\r\nConduct profiling of equipment.\r\nGenerates reports such as: Material Review Board ( MRB ) , Customer Notification Report ( CNR ),Executive Summary Reports (ESR).\r\nProvide Utilization Reports & MTTS/ MTTR /MTBA Performance Report
