Intern at ECP Asset Management \r\n- I completed in-depth research into the financials of companies, which involved delving into the financial reports and mechanics of companies held in the portfolio. I completed reports on the findings of this research, summarising facts and drawing links between these facts and the price movements noticed on the market\r\n\r\nCustomer Service Specialist \r\n- Providing telephone customer service for over 20 companies. \r\nThe role required flexible and friendly communication with customers and technicians. Passing clear and concise written messages to companies. \r\nI was required to manage multiple issues in quick succession, retaining information while fielding new and varied requests.
