Intermediate Interior Designer seeks work in the UAE

• Pre-select all items they deem fittings for the project under consideration to style, quality and cost for final approval.\r\n• Product design – custom furniture based on individual client needs.\r\n• Supervision and preparation of CAD technical and detail drawings.\r\n• Prepare samples and materials as well as mood boards and spec sheets.\r\n• Responsible for making selections and decisions that are able to meet with over all timeline of the project.\r\n• Working with estimate budgets and following up with accounts that we work within the budget.\r\n• Space planning.\r\n• Selection of bathroom tiles and sanitary wear. \r\n• Creating furniture, light, ceiling and electrical layouts.\r\n• Ensure costs are within the specified budget.\r\n• Site supervision before and during installation.\r\n• Handling multiple projects simultaneously \r\n• Serve as a supervisor to the Junior Interior Designers guiding and helping them in areas they find it difficult.\r\n
