Interior Designer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\n\r\n Time management and attention.\r\n Responsible in giving all interior fit out drawings.\r\n Produce fit out shop drawings, wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, Elevations, Flooring, Joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.\r\n Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications and as instructed by senior designer coordinator.\r\n Produce full set of as-built drawings and issued to the client as instructed by seniors design coordinator.\r\n Report to the senior design coordinator, any deviances, discrepancies and anomalies encountered within the scope of works.\r\n All drawings are correctly annotated.\r\n All revisions are clearly marked an all parts of the drawings.\r\n A complete history of all drawings is preserved in both hard and soft copy for review.\r\n Checked and supervise if the plan are properly implemented.\r\n Distribute all approved drawings to the relevant parties, once they have been approved for construction.\r\n Perform daily and monthly inventory.\r\n Giving customer satisfaction and reason to comeback.
