• Rearranged cloth merchandise for better visual displays that looks more appealing to customers
• Taking clothes from dressing room and putting it back to the rack
• Helping customers find merchandise they required
• Ensured shop was regularly tided and products displayed approximately
• Assisted in ringing up sales at registers and bagging merchandise

• Answering phone and dealing with customers complaints using high level of discretion
• Ensuring customers were satisfied with the car they rented out
• Making new reservation and closing out
• Inspected cars when the customers returned back to the parking lot.
• Closing during weekdays and opening during weekend.

• Data entry in Excel and state based database system
• Software testing for state web based programs and writing business documentation and documenting software bugs into excels spreadsheet
• Graphing and setting up presentations
• Office administration work such as filling, photocopying and faxing
