HSE Coordinator, March 2014 – Till Date\r\n\r\nThompson and Grace Investments Limited (T&G) – Km 16 Ph/Aba Expressway, Opp. Fuguorole, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.\r\n\r\n• Executes Safety management Systems policies, procedures and guidelines; and provide HSE process implementation feedback to Top Management.\r\n\r\n• Plan, perform, conduct and follow up audit in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001;2015\r\n\r\n• Participating in management review process to evaluate & measure health & safety performance to set targets and goals.\r\n\r\n• Conducts Equipment and facility inspections according to regulatory standards.\r\n\r\n• Coordinates Risk assessments, job hazard analysis and root cause analysis; and implement appropriate control measures.\r\n\r\n• Conducts Task Specific Toolbox Talks and safety in-house training.\r\n \r\n• Conducts incident investigations and implementation of corrective measures and close out reports.\r\n\r\n• Coordinates company’s medical, security and fire emergency drills.\r\n• Participates actively in waste and environmental management related activities.\r\n\r\n• Conducting noise level survey, indoor air quality assessments, & hazardous chemical monitoring to ensure Safety & health workers.\r\n\r\n• Supervise the maintenance of the Materials Safety Data Sheet documentation of chemicals and various hazardous materials stored and use.\r\n\r\n• Follow up on lifting equipment & accessories inspection and certification.\r\n• Coordinate PPE issuance and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.\r\n• Coordinates weekly Safety meetings\r\n• Prepares yearly smart objectives and plans\r\n\r\n
