Assisting them with personal care routines, domestic chores for healthy environment, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Helped them to access the community, offered conversation and companionship.\r\nWorking in line with community nurse\'s, has developed my capacity to carry out care duties where all core skills are enforced, practiced and understand the key signs when a patient requires further medical intervention, or simply needs someone to converse with for physical and emotional support whilst making them to have a joyful and memorable moment everyday. I am mentally stable with a good attitude, and I have an excellent ability to work under pressure.
