• Started as a Trainer/Assessor/Internal Verifier in Cambridge in Health and Social Care and covering Bedford and Luton, also IV for Watford taking on the acting role of Lead IV at Norwich beginning of April covering Cambridge, Norwich, Chelmsford and Watford
• Took on the role of Regional Internal Verifier for Health and Social Care Levels 2, 3, 4, LMCS, A1, V1 and Management
• Maintain and monitor up to 12 assessors to develop their skills and practises
• Advise, support and train where necessary in line with regional and centre requirements, including the delivery of A1 Units to new trainer assessors
• Also handled Keyskills and the Tech Cert in the East and SE of England covering the areas of Newmarket, Norwich, Milton Keynes, Chelmsford and Watford
• Produce and maintain sample/verification plan in line with Company and awarding body standards

• Initially employed at Potton House, Craegmoor Healthcare
• While working in this field I was asked if I wished to become Assessor/Verifier for the company at their new NVQ department they were starting up

• Mainly based at Enfield as the Senior Assessor / Internal Verifier and Trainer in Care and Key Skills
• Promoted to Lead Assessor/Verifier June 2000
• The areas that I covered at this time were within the areas of 3 of the largest London LSC, s and Hertfordshire
• The numbers of candidates at any one time were from approx. 60 at Levels 2 and 3 and also TDLB 32, 33, 34
• In my role within the company I have Assessed and Verified Care at level 2 and 3 and I have also Assessed TDLB 32 and 33 for a number of candidates.
• Also teach the use of The Paper free Portfolio in NVQ

• Initially employed as a Senior Support Worker /Link worker rising to Home Manager in a residential home for residents with varying degrees of Learning Disability's and physical disabilities
• While employed within this field I was deeply involved with the Co-ordinating and training of staff to gain NVQ, s in the subjects of Care and also Training and Staff development.
