Computer Aid International Warehouse IT Technician (Voluntary) \r\n5th May – 8th July 2016\r\n\r\nAs an IT technician, I was required to be upgrade each PC to a specified configuration on daily basis, troubleshoot hard drive issues in case of crashed memory cases and refurbishing used computers.\r\nTesting computer monitors for the purpose detecting potential defects under careful observation of supervisor. \r\nStriping computers for scrap and general PC maintenance, such as, BIOS boot, and test each PC for CD operation, confirming the functionalities for all computer components.\r\nMaintain networks and cable infrastructure in the computer maintenance facility.\r\nAbility to perform tasks under pressured environment in a calm and relaxing manner in an unsupervised work situation.\r\nMoving heavy computers in the warehouse facility for materials management\r\n\r\nSense Charity Shop\r\nStore Assistant (Voluntary)\r\nMay – November 2012\r\n\r\nDuties include:\r\n\r\nServing customers at the till point and providing assistance in a welcoming and helpful manner.\r\nSorting stacks of clothes and other goods to decide what is suitable for sale.\r\nHanging clothes on hangers.\r\nMaintaining the stockroom by sorting and steaming clothes.\r\nMaintaining store cleanliness.\r\n\r\n\r\nSalvation Army Charity Shop \r\nSales Assistant (Voluntary) \r\nMarch – October 2009\r\n\r\nDuties include: \r\n\r\nServing customers in a polite and professional manner.\r\nWorking on the till processing sales and returns.\r\nStock processing and preparation including sorting, steaming and pricing.\r\nKeeping store tidy and attractive by hovering and dusting.\r\nPutting out and removing stock from display if unsold.\r\nPricing items.\r\n
