Preparing of documents for importing of goods, marine insurance certificate, using the proforma invoice and \r\nother necessary shipping documents.\r\n\r\nChecking of shipping documents from supplier to ensure no errors in shipping \r\ndocuments and also sent to bank for PAAR issuance. \r\n\r\nFollowing up with clearing agents to ensure duty assessment is generated and \r\nfollowing up with bank for duty receipt insuance for prompt clearance of our cargoes \r\nat the port.\r\n\r\nTracking of containers before ETA and after ETA for prompt container delivery.\r\n\r\nFollowing up of containers offloading and empty return at the port for empty \r\ncontainer return. \r\n\r\nClearing of goods at the air and sea ports, and expedite processing of clearing \r\ndocuments\r\nLiaise with customs and other government agencies to aid prompt clearing of goods \r\nat the ports and process courier deliveries and shipping documents.\r\n
