• Fillet and process fish\r\n• Skinned the fish and cut them into 1 or 2 pound pieces and make sure there are no any warm in the fish, i labeled, weight, packed and put them in a Filleting fish, packing fish, Glazing fish, shoveling ice or cold room\r\n• Inspects the quality of the fish product\r\n• Cleaning cold room and warehouse daily, to avoid unfriendly smells\r\n• Used quickness, fast learner, polite, working well with others\r\n• Cleaned and maintained tools when not in use\r\n• Follow all health, safety and hygiene guidelines\r\n• Ability to participate in training, staff meetings as and when required\r\n• Responsible for weighting and washing fresh seafood\r\n• Filleted the fish that was received into warehouse to stored into the cold room\r\n• Assist in other duties as directed\r\n• In charge of making sure the product was sent to the correct store and customer once.\r\n
