Also facilitate a two day training for finance and administrative staff of all projects bi-annually.\r\n\r\nFor ten years from July 1997 to July, 2007 I worked with SOTREC Ghana Limited, a private company, serving in various like Accountant, Human Resource Manager and Chief Accountant. SOTREC at the time was the biggest frozen food importer and meat processing company in Ghana. I introduced detailed product costing in the meat processing unit and was able to streamline the tax position of the company before leaving in 2007. \r\n
