I have worked as a factory supervisor at dadus sweets, pune, India. While at the job I learned a lot about managing a team of people (40) to achieve targets on time. My job was to wake up at 4 am and make sure the workers are preparing the sweets required for all our outlets plus the bulk customer orders also being prepared with it. Finishing all this work till 7 am and helping the loaders to load the stocks (sweets) onto the trucks. Doing this thrice in a day plus maintaining safety and cleanliness in the factory.
So I believe I am the perfect candidate for any related warehouse duties because I can manage a team of people easily with it maintaining safety and cleanliness at the workplace.
