Currently working as the Senior Sous Chef at Pineapple Beach Club in Antigua, my first full time job since the pandemic. Like many my previous contract ended due to covid in 2019, I was the HEad Chef at a standalone restaurant. Prior to that I had a temp pre opening contract as Exec Sous at a small resort Hodges bay Antigua.
