I have 7+ years of experience in the power sector and completed various projects. Hands on experience in SCADA / substation automation systems, communications systems and TCP/IP protocols. I have supervised installation and erection of 33KV / 13.8KV switch-gear panels, control and communications panels, 380KV gantries, capacitor banks and 125V / 48V Battery systems.

I have worked in an industry where 250-300 people work together at a time. A part from that I have an experience in handling the team. I used to communicate with my team approximate of 50 personnel in four different groups.
