Robotic Simulation and Virtual Commissioning, March 2018 – Current\r\n\r\n• Worked with a team creating seamless integration of PLC (RSLogix5000) with Simulation (Process Simulate) allowing car manufacturing plants to be virtually commissioned.\r\n• Implemented xml based commands to allow efficient offline programming of Fanuc robots (adhering to Ford standard) – coordinated the utilization of these commands within the simulation department. \r\n• Developed applications for company utilization with .Net and C# through Process Simulate API, speeding up processes such as robot tool modeling.\r\n• Offline programmed ABB, Fanuc and Kawasaki robots.
