Their services include engineering designs, specialist building services, project planning, project management, cost consultancy, design consult services, site supervision etc. Presently they are providing services to India and Middle East.\r\nDESIGNATION: DESIGN ENGINEER-ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS\r\nRoles and Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n● Designing, modeling & Drafting of building services engineering design, from concept stage\r\n● Develop facilities drawings, details, lists & other engineering deliverables\r\n● Participate in field data acquisition, presentation & construction administration activities\r\n● Work in a team environment with strong collaboration skills\r\n● Completion of project objectives with minimal direction or oversight\r\n● Electrical load calculation with Transformers & DG sizing\r\n● Sizing of Switch gears, Circuit Breakers & Cables\r\n● Preparation of SLD, DB schedule, Bill of Quantity\r\n● Heat load calculation for HVAC design\r\n● Coordination with other disciplines (MEP, Architectural, Structural etc.)\r\n● Study of Contract drawings\r\n● Shop drawing of Electrical system with Schematic diagrams, Cross sections and Isometric views\r\n● Shop drawing for Water supply and Drainage systems\r\n● Shop drawings of HVAC system\r\n● Builder’s Work Preparation\r\n● Quantity take off as per drawings\r\n● Preparation of coordination drawings\r\n\r\nMAJOR PROJECTS INVOLVED:\r\n\r\nMiddle East Projects:\r\n● Lapitha Hotel, Dubai\r\n● Ezdan Palace Hotel, Doha Qatar\r\n● Msheireb Properties, Qatar\r\n● Mall of Qatar, Doha\r\n● Doha Metro, Qatar\r\n● Al-Obeikan Tower, Riyadh\r\n\r\nIndian Projects:\r\n● Sree Gokulam Lake Resorts, Kumarakom Kerala\r\n● Ayurveda Hospital, Kodungalloor\r\n● DP World, Cochin\r\n● Metro Mall, Paravoor\r\n● Few Apartments & Commercial Buildings\r\n● Few Residential Buildings\r\n
