5/2020 - present Senior carer, Rumuosi Medical Center.\r\nI participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans for each resident and administer medications to the residents as prescribed accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.\r\nI give residents the best possible individualized care and attention by closely adhering to individual care plans and making sure that every interaction is kind, warm and encouraging. \r\nI improve patient\'s physical comfort by doing things like emptying bedpans and assisting them with self-washing\r\nI am always at alert to residents\' physical and mental wellbeing, immediately reporting any changes in a resident condition to a senior person on duty, and update resident records as required\r\nI always respect and uphold the privacy of resident\'s personal information, including any incident that might happen during routine care as well as the activities conduct of the resident.\r\nI assist with providing physical support, to assist residents to perform daily living activities such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing,walking or escorting.\r\nI understand and comply with the statutory and legal requirements which are relevant, such as Health and Safety CQC, all aspects of the Health and Social Care Act, to maintain a safe environment throughout the home. I understand and have awareness of Infection prevention and control.\r\n\r\n
