Development/Project Manager seeking work abroad.

I believe I am the perfect candidate for an open position in my field as I am adaptive to any situation that is thrown at me. Throughout my working experience I have been faced with many issues that have required an immediate reactive response. However, most of these problems that have arisen were effectively project managed by myself early on in the process as I could foresee the events unfolding in the future. I interpret problems that another person would consider minor and put in place an effective strategy in order to combat said problem. For instance, a certain scheme that was handed over to me had an associated drainage design and tender already in the pack. However, after reviewing the drainage scheme I uncovered issues with the level design and conflicts with the arrangement of the scheme which would impinge on gaining planning consent. I made sure that I instructed a new topographical survey, which uncovered discrepancies with the levels and so, instructed a new drainage design with the use of my structural engineering sub-contractor. The tender associated with the previous drainage and levels design equalled the sum of £1.4m for remediation works; after my newly proposed drainage and levels scheme this amount decreased to £380,000 and such made the scheme viable and profitable to the company.
