Waterfront and providing a modern world class destination and a vibrant place to visit, live, work and invest, host a wide range of social events.

The project land is 150,000 m2 onshore and 182,000 m2 reclamation area. The overall site area is 332,000 m2. The built-up area is 157,059 m2

Project Components:

– Cluster 1 & 3 retail and F&B area (G+2).

– Cluster 2 Botanical Gardens.

– Cluster 4 Hotels (G+3).
