My current role within Nottinghamshire County Council as a CPE PROCESSING OFFICER entails me to answer telephone calls from members of the public on a daily basis, sorting and opening mail, greeting customers on the reception, taking online payments regularly, filing documents, inputting data onto the system, logging cheques/cash within chipside and any other general admin duties. I have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
