-Expression of interest to potential vendors to establish a bidder list for Client’s approval

-Inquiry RFQ package for shortlisted vendors and expedite to get quote on time

-Commercial evaluation of vendor’s offer : price, delivery & payment terms

-Interface vendor & engineers during technical clarifications

-Expedite the vendor to submit the required documentation as per requisition SDRL

-Manage equipment/goods inland transportation to site for local vendors

-Expedite vendor in case of Material shortage or Material anomaly report (NCR, OS&D) basis on site feedback

-Manage purchasing of indirect material for office’s requirements

-Follow up payment of local vendors with Accountant Team

-Establish vendor database with rating per equipment & project: schedule ,quality, flexibility, responsiveness.

-Audit vendor for market assessment purpose and establish evaluation report
