LOGISTICS MANAGER

Tasks:

• Invoices and guides Control;

• Control and Coordinate the daily activity of thr truck;

• Management and controlo f the daily consumption of pape rand other materials, making the logistics planning of deliveries of the same;

• Stock management, preparation of purchasing material for the Graphic and overall control of the material consumed daily;

• Leading team of three daily shifts (3 persons per shift)

• Knowledgeable of the Angolan reality: local people habits and how to get around bureaucratic situations external to the company;

Since 2007

• Control and coordinate the daily activity of the truck and shipping ( 2 people per shift and two shifts / day) also drive forklifts ( outriggers and coils );

• Planning and daily management of the work of each of the 3 machines (G16, WEB16, TKS);

• Management and control of the daily consumption of paper , making the logistics planning of deliveries of the same ; stock management, purchase order material to the Purchasing Sector;
