Sales Assistant and Key Account Manager 2007-2009 :
I have been working at NTH Group (telecommunications, software development and IT technologies) for 8.5 years.
Legal Assistant 2009-2011:
During these 4 years the company has grown from 50 to 120 employees and I was required more and more often to provide legal advisory services regarding labor law, corporate law and commercial law.
Head of Legal 2010-current:
Last 4.5 years as Head of Legal I was handling all legal questions regarding: -employment issues in Croatian and foreign companies
-drafting and/or reviewing of all inter-company contracts as well as new contracts with clients
-negotiations with clients and suppliers regarding new contracts and open debts
-discrete legal issues by advising the management, drafting undertakings and structuring remedies for the relevant issues
-various analysis and research on different and complicated legal matters of the Group and the clients -founding and setting up of new companies in over 15 countries around the world (including, but not limited to: UK, Switzerland, Germany, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, ex-YU countries)
Member of Management 2014-current:
During last 1.5 years I have taken much more responsibility in finance department and I was also named unit manager for all supporting services in the Group (legal, accounting, bookkeeping, HR, administration, controlling) and as unit manager I organize and lead 25 people.
In finances, I am heavily involved in managing the financial risks of the Group, financial planning, financial reports, record-keeping and financial reporting to CEO.

Digital competence:
I am excellent at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). I am also experienced user of search engines.
