Worked as instrument lead in Iraq with cpecc & petrofac under the contract with BP for metering ,maintenance ,construction ,TAR &commissioning of many degassing stations, water injection stations &gas turbines. The daily jobs including :

• Lead a group of qualified technicians from E&I for Solving all maintenance problems in all stations. [ water injections stations ].

• Provided strong leadership to Iraqi employees to provide technical expertise to maintain existing procedures and continuously improvement in all TAR projects[ mostly commissioning projects ] & water injection stations .

• Prepare HITRA & PTW for every day jobs as following safety policies & guidelines with rumela standards.

• Servicing and calibration of various field Instruments for pressure, temperature, level & flow measurements and control .

• Do all metering verifications for MAGflow meters in CPSs.& rise reports for ROO concerning meters .

• Monitor surge skid N2 cylinder pressure for SRV, inform FMTL,& operation people in the current facility .

• Prepare all necessary tools & equipment’s & materials for use in planned S/D in the stations .

• Assisting in reviews and development of current facilities.

• Executing maintenance and repair of general instrumentation, metering instrumentation, Trip systems, analytical and environmental equipment.

• Solve maintenance problems in all stations. [Degassing & water injections stations ].

• Used different techniques and guidelines to ensure a safe environment around plant and premises. Ensured all maintenance jobs are following prescribed safety policies and guidelines.

• Apply suitable measures to improve conditions and operations of machines and equipment.
