Key Responsibility Areas:

ü Design as per NATIONAL CAD STANDARDS

ü Understanding the design intent, drawings and detailing.

ü Designing of project as per the client requirement.

ü Designing of interior spaces for the corporate offices according to standards

ü Responsible for interior and architectural drawings with Plans, Elevations, Sections, Electrical Layout, and Plumbing Layout independently.

ü Preparing Working drawings, Presentation drawings and Interior design on various projects of high rise Residential, Commercial, Retail Buildings on AutoCAD, Google Sketchup and Photoshop.

ü Preparing conceptual layouts as per the discussion & requirement of the clients.

ü Project management and execution, scheduling and report preparation.

ü Interior drawings presentation.

ü Site visit for giving working instructions

ü Paper work concern to approval of drawings and material from consultants

ü Planning schedule dates and recognizing the deadline works.

ü Coordinating between Consultants, designing & Project team.

ü Representing all the architectural concepts & design to the concern person.

ü Coordinating with the team for planning and detailing for different works.

ü Design on various projects of high rise residential & commercial buildings on AutoCAD and Photoshop

ü Development of structural drawings from the rough sketch given by the engineer
