JOB DESCRIPTION

A new job starts with changeover

Change form plates, anilox rolls,inks

Put on print material on the machine ( plastic film roll or paper one )

Enter in drive system computer / base repeat / size of print material / select the working units /

Choose colours of inks , tensions, temperature…It’s usually do before last job will be finished

When machine running I have to do set up register all colours at the one point and check the inks colour by Pantone proof or last sample

I need every 30 minutes check viscosity of inks and mixed with solvent and after roll will be printed check inks by sample

Printing machines Uteco 8 col. Fischer & Crecke 8 col . Alpha Schiavi 8 col. Lemo 6 col. T.C.M 2 col wide size

Conversion machines Coemter plastic bags , Panter slittting rewinder

Solvent inks / CMYK / CYAN , MAGENTA , YELLOW , BLACK / PANTONE

Print material / plastic film / LDPE, NPP, OPP .
