I’m a result-driven Project and Program Manager with high ability to deal among complexity and innovation.

As Program Manager of Expo 2015 I was responsible to deliver on time and within budget a 1.5 billion € project but I also actively worked at organizational level to develop the NewCo (Expo 2015 S.p.A.) founded to manage the project. I’m a different thinker and I always look for an innovative approach to solve problems. To plan
and control the Expo program I defined a unique Visual Management methodology that gave the possibility to clearly communicate to hundreds of stakeholders, control thousands of activities on site and forecast risks with a simple tool and a small team.

I developed the skill for high-level relationship both on institutional and corporate side and to work in multicultural and destructured environment.

Operation and Maintenance Manager: Assured completion and functionality of all Smart City technology systems within Expo Site and managing the transitional phase after the closing.

• Facilitate session among stakeholders to identify key elements for post-Expo development

• Multicriteria analysis to show best operation strategies to top stakeholder

• Identify solutions with Smart City technological partners to solve problems or recover delays

• Delivery manager for Energy Smart Grid project

• Organized Divisional PMO and focal point for other PM on traditional and innovative methods

As chairman of the YC Section I boost the association organizing more than 40 events with a relevant impact at national and international level. I developed the organizational structure from few members to a 15 active professionals multi-level organization, giving it a long term vision, strategy and goals. I developed the social media strategy with a 100% annual growth rate in the number of followers and we launched in 2013 the blog parlareperprogetti.
