Experience Summary

 Currently working with Ray International L.L.C, Muscat as Project in charge, E&I Engineer and Hazardous area Inspector (Ex Inspector) in Oil and Gas (PDO) areas
From May-2011.

 Responsibilities:-

• Inspection on installation of equipment and associated accessories in potentially explosive hazardous atmosphere.

• Risk Based Inspection of Ex equipment following the SMS.

• Maintain the Check list as per the RBI reports.

• Reviewing & approving EPC Contractor’s inspection & test plan, work procedures and method statements.

• Verify the design drawings and inspect the same after installation.

• Inspection and quality check based on the Client standards.

• Carry out the site activities with following complete HSE standards.

• Carries out periodic safety audits.

• Planning and Executing the Shutdown activities of Oil and Gas Stations and Power station for doing the Ex Rectification activities.

• Inspection and Maintenance of LV and HV motors, Cranes, Light fittings, Socket outlets, Fire & Gas systems and Cooler fans in the Oil and Gathering stations.

• Monitoring the new commissioning projects and certify the same.

• Issuing Non Conformance & Site Inspection Reports for non-compliance activities against the approved quality procedures, inspection test plans, codes & standards and closed out on satisfactory corrective / preventive actions.

• Obtained Certified Electrical Personnel (CEP) and Permit to Work Applicant Authorization from PDO.

• Preparing work permits for doing the Inspection and repair activities on hazardous areas.

• Project in Manager for the Ex Inspection and Rectification works in PDO.

• Preparing quotations for new job and work contracts with the client.
