External Communications Manager January 2012 – till date\r\n\r\n\r\nMain Responsibilities:\r\n• Managing several social media campaigns simultaneously\r\n• Producing detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)\r\n• Co-coordinating venue management, caterers, designers, contractors and equipment hire\r\n• Selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners - Creating, implementing and monitoring marketing and PR plans\r\n• Co-coordinating everything on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly \r\n• Handling client queries on the day and troubleshooting exhibitor and visitor problems on the day\r\n• Post-event evaluation (including data entry and SWOT analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)\r\n• Developing, and managing events.\r\n• Training Staff\r\n• Develop and maintain event and volunteer databases. \r\n• Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution. \r\n• Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the events and marketing budgets. \r\n• Cultivate and expand sponsorship development and fulfillment. \r\n• Produce reports and charts
