Currently, I have been working for 1 year as Subcontractor Administrator at San Jose Contracting, a prominent Spanish firm, we are working on one of the most astonishing building project in Abu Dhabi, I am in charge of implementing and developing cost control procedures to forecast the monthly cost and supervising all contract activities at site to guarantee compliance at completion. I also manage some of the subcontractors at site: Post-Tension Works, Structural Framework, Tower Cranes, Block works, Formwork, Piling and Dead Shuttering for the foundation.
