• Work Schedule, analysis related with budget – cost control, subcontractors interim payment certificates, preparing variance report analysis & using this report for claiming extension of time and money, the over-all financial health of the project by working hand in hand with the Project Manager in preparing Project Budget, Disbursement Plans, Cash Flow and S-Curve analysis and implementation, assisting the PM in monitoring and controlling schedule by providing action plans to counter-measure potential delays
• Developing Master Schedule by collating and analyzing inputs from all disciplines
• Integrating the manpower & material delivery schedules into the overall working schedule
• Working hand in hand with the Project Manager in preparing Project Budget, Disbursement Plans, Cash Flow and S-Curve analysis and implementation. Making necessary calculations for cost control and budget, checking the profit status on a monthly basis
