Design tow towers place in Deira‐ Dubai‐ UAE (Jewel of the Creek).\r\n\r\n‐ The towers consists of (4B+G+17+Roof).\r\n\r\n‐ The two buildings are concrete structure.\r\n\r\n‐ All design criteria followed Dubai municipality criteria.\r\n\r\n‐ The two towers are design for seismic zone 2A.\r\n\r\n‐ ACI 318‐05 are used in concrete members Design.\r\n\r\n‐ Seismic load defined according to UBC 97.\r\n\r\n‐ Wind load defined according to ASCE 7 05.\r\n\r\n‐ ETABS 9.7.1 & Safe 12 are used in designed.\r\n\r\n‐ All Design has checked by SALAMA Structural Engineer (Dubai‐ UAE)\r\n‐ Revit structure software are used in detailing and drawing.\r\n \r\n
