Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) - Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe.\r\nBachelor of Accountancy Honors Degree - University of Zimbabwe.\r\nPreparation financial statements, Monthly management accounts, Budgets & Forecasts.\r\nPreparation of weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts, funding and capex requirements.\r\nPreparation of group year end packs.\r\nKey ratio analyses including profitability, gearing, and asset and capital utilization measures.\r\nParticipate in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans and reorganizations.\r\nDirecting staff activities in maintaining, analyzing, and reporting financial information, developing accounting systems and controls.\r\nPlanning and coordinating internal and external audits.\r\nStatutory compliance with respect to Tax regulations, Banking including forex, imports & exports , Companies Act, IFRS and other relevant regulatory bodies.\r\nManaging the relationship between activity costing, resource costing and cost reporting in allowable management performance monitoring on contracts that is critical to any successful construction operation.\r\nUse of Accounting, procurement, payroll systems and Microsoft Office.\r\nStaff training.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
