Healthcare assistant - Fortress Medical Center\r\nRoles-\r\n* Providing psychological, physical and mental support for resident during there clinical procedures so that can be independent \r\n\r\n* Helping the registered nurse to establish and maintain good communication with the residents\r\n\r\n* Responding appropriately to urgent and emergency situations\r\n* Observing and reporting changes in residents conditions to registered nurse\r\n* Supporting the resident with there personal care \r\n* Assist the residents with their medications and welfare needs \r\n* Help in preparing residents meals by cutting up foods where required and also help in eating in the case of eating disorder \r\n* Assist in maintaining the standard in the clinical area and report any untidiness to the person in charge\r\n* Helping residents with their washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.\r\n* Maintain privacy and dignity whilst assisting in the personal hygiene and toileting of residents who are unable to care for themselves.\r\n\r\nTeaching- National youth service corps (NYSC)\r\nRoles-\r\n* Ensuring and enforcing rules of behavior for student in the classroom\r\n\r\n* Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interest and learning style of students\r\n* Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and project\r\n* Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for students, including test, quizzes, essay and projects\r\n* Working with student one-on-one when they need extra help or attentions \r\n* Encouraging student to explore learning opportunities and career paths\r\n* Preparing lesson units and projects to complete learning objectives\r\n* Assisting of students with learning disabilities to catch up with others\r\n
