 Ibn Omairah Co. – Saudi Arabia (From May, 2016 till date)\r\n\r\n Business Development Director: \r\n \r\n Duties:-\r\n- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships\r\n- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities\r\n- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets\r\n- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth\r\n- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners\' needs and goals\r\n Alfanar Construction Co. – Saudi Arabia (From May, 2005 to Apr, 2016)\r\n \r\n Projects Manager: \r\n \r\nDuties:-\r\n- Ensure that the projects align to the organizations vision and strategy.\r\n- Developing Project Time Schedule and budget, and Ensuring that the same are strictly followed.\r\n- Developing of Contracts with Different Material Suppliers, Subcontractors and Design Consultant.\r\n- Allocation of the required resources for proper execution of the job.\r\n- Making it easy for project teams to do their jobs by reducing bureaucracy, providing training, mentoring and quality assurance.\r\n- Following the Construction, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all items of work and materials/equipment as per project’s Scope of Work and Technical Specification.\r\n\r\n National Electric Power Co. (NEPCO) – Jordan (Aug, 1999 to Apr, 2005)\r\n Projects Engineer:\r\n Duties:-\r\n- Preparing the Project Requirements (Materials, Manpower, and Equipment).\r\n- Following the Construction, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all items of work and materials/equipment as per project’s Scope of Work and Technical Specification.\r\n\r\n
