Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Nigeria- May 2021- present \r\n\r\nA commission set up to fight economic and financial crimes l, with most victims being outside jurisdiction.\r\n\r\nI am a Prosecutor and some of my daily tasks are, drafting and filing charges against suspects, drafting legal opinions where necessary, responding to several processes Such as fundamental human rights, where suspects are accusing the commission of infringing their fundamental human rights, rights granted by the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria 1999 ( as amended).\r\n\r\nFinancial Ombudsman Service- 2013-2020\r\n\r\nI worked here for a period of around 7 years in which I was an adjudicator tasked with settling disputes between consumers and financial businesses.\r\n\r\nSpecifically dealing with mis-sold payment protection and coming to a conclusion of what occurred or was likely to have occurred and reaching a conclusion.\r\n\r\nDealing with all types of administration complaint against financial businesses in relation to the handling of consumers accounts or complaints. \r\n\r\nAssessing various types of products such as mortgages, single premium loans, credit cards etc.\r\n\r\nLloyds Bank/Deloitte -2012-2013\r\n\r\nI worked for Deloitte on a Lloyds bank project which was in relation to Mis-Sold payment protection insurance.\r\n\r\nI assessed various types of Lloyds products and reached fair and reasonable outcomes for consumers and the business.\r\n\r\nI ensured the quality of my work was of a high standard and throughout my duration I obtained 18 passes in a row (a difficult task to achieve)
