Current Company : Sutherland Global Dubai\r\nClient : Amlak Finance\r\nDesignation​ : Operational Consultant\r\nDuration​ : July 2015 –March 2016\r\n \r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n \r\n \r\n● Consulting a local finance company with reference to their Financial activities\r\n● Prepare daily cash flow reports and register all outstanding payment records.\r\n● Evaluate financial documents for correctness and completeness.\r\n● Preparing of finance journal entries and Reconciliation of 14 bank accounts and sending monthly reports to manger\r\n● Investigating transactions (Deposit correction, unprocessed transactions, system generated transactions and mother bank entries.)\r\n● Tracing payments of customers in order to find out the accurate monthly cash Flows\r\n● Maintain and prepare vouchers for all processes and record all invoices.\r\n● Generate financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments, expenses, revenues for future reference purposes.\r\n● Cheque Management\r\n● Handling Property Management Accounting entries to different related accounts\r\n● Posting of AED 2 million on an average everyday into clients customer accounts\r\n● Follow up with bank managers and clients RM with reference to payments received with no details.\r\n● Identifying entries which is not accounted and reporting to responsible department
