I feel I have 14 years of a range of experience working as an adult nurse. I have elevated my experience working as a nurse over this period aspiring and developing myself into more senior roles which have had more challenging responsibilities. I have always respected my colleagues and their constructive criticism and feedback in order to practise to the best of my capabilities. I have become more confident and assertive over the years and would love to have the opportunity to work abroad.
