In the last few years of working with Cyprus West University, I have led several interdisciplinary research projects, teaching leadership and management courses, human resource management, operations management, transport systems, logistics planning and modeling; provided academic management and leadership related to large-scale learning and leadership development, the design of recruitment and selection processes, and created diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives for academics in the Faculty of Economics, Administrative, and Social Sciences.
