Senior Marketing Manager Needed in Romania

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join a growing events business.

Location: Romania

Salary & Benefits

The Role

• Manage junior personnel and develop the team
• Oversee design development testing and performance
• Manage the company communication strategy
• Gain customer insights
• Deliver new initiatives
• Lead various marketing activities include, sponsorships, direct marketing, webinars and more
• Analyse competition and data

Requirements

• Marketing/ Communication related degree
• MBA/Post grad qualification is an advantage
• Experience of written communications + formal verbal communications, presentations
• Has designed and conducted primary research
• Has performed Market and Business Analysis
• Fluency in written and spoken English and local language
• Experience of using Project Planning tools and theory
• Strong decision maker
• Budget planning
• Negotiation skills
