Skills Provision is searching for a Head Chef for a popular Restaurant in France.

A 120 seat Restaurant with a great reputation for creative, modern food. The focus is on meat and seasonal ingredients. We have a young, skilled, creative Team who work in the fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality and consistency.

Location: Paris, France

Position: Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• €94,500 p/a
• Benefits package offered

The Role

• Lead a kitchen Team of 8 Chefs
• Responsible for the organisation of paperwork, costings, supplies and stock management
• Menu design and preparation
• Create menus for special events
• Manage recruitment and manpower
• Organise and run training packages where necessary
• Report directly to the owners

Requirements

• Certified Chef Qualification
• Minimum of 8 years Chef experience
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong personality
• Creative thinker
• Passionate personality
• Competent user on IT
