The Role

• Support all clients with their strategic priorities
• Assume project management responsibilities
• Managing multiple project schedules
• Resolve all conflicts proactively
• Create and manage project work plans
• Capture interview notes and helps synthesise them into a finding’s documents with key themes
• Manage expense budges
• Manage document creation and expansion
• Conduct organisational discovery through survey tools
• Run logistical events
• Builds and maintain high quality relationships with key contacts
• Travel throughout Paraguay will be expected

Requirements

• Degree from a reputable university or college
• Minimum of 6 years working experience, preferably with a management consultancy firm
• Prior project management experience is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the potential to connect with, inspire and contribute to clients and teammates
• Strong character with a commitment to delivering outstanding results
• Strong MS Office software skills, especially PowerPoint
• Dynamic personality
• Candid and confidential approach to management
