The employing company deliver high value Business Process solutions to support strategic activities supporting IP and Data.

Salary and Benefits

• $105,000 p/a

The Role

• Develop and deliver Process Design or Business Analysis consultancy services to time, budget and quality.
• Communicate with customers at all levels to establish requirements and clarify particular technical points.
• Present work back to customers in a professional manner
• Direct and coach other team members in the achievement of project objectives.
• Provide support to other team members, in consultation with team leaders.
• Liaise with work area related suppliers as required.
• Keep abreast of technical/business advances associated with the work area

Requirements

• Several years’ experience in a Process Design or Re-engineering environment
• Process Design/Business Analyst skills
• Excellent requirements capture skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of designing practical process solutions and providing migration and project plans. (This may include a combination of people, process and technology strategies).
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong people management and team working skills.
• Ability to work under pressure against aggressive timescales, within an environment of rapid change
• Ability to work flexibly in variety of locations
