Account Manager Required in Romania

Skills Provision is searching for an Account Manager for a company in Romania.

The employing company is looking to hire an Account Manager who will be responsible for client management, benefits program design and implementation, project management and delivering a positive experience for all clients.

Location: Brasov, Romania

Position: Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• 9,500 RON p/m
• Benefits package available

The Role

• All aspects of client management: implementation, day-to-day client service and renewal management
• Strategic analysis and consulting advice for client-based programs
• Educating clients on the management of benefit plans and compliance
• Conducting employee education sessions
• Working as a project manager for client projects and overall success of their programs

Requirements

• Degree is preferable but not essential
• 5 + years of client service or business development
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels within a corporate organisation
• Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
• Detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
• Excellent with communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver results
• Passion for service
