Duties and Responsibilities: \r\n\r\n• Able to read the engineering drawing, before to start the operation.\r\n• As CNC machine operator, I make in the Door like; Door Lock, Hinges, Tower bolt,Door closer/Concelled, and for the Frame, I make Strike Plate for Lock, and hinges. \r\n• As wood machinist, I make groove, rebate, edge rounding, 45° cutting, and design in wood or what indicate in the drawing.\r\n• For Panels assembly, I make groove, rebate for cabinet and kitchen cabinet assemble.\r\n• Sets up and operates variety of machines to surface, cut, and shape lumber, panel, and to fabricate parts for wood products, and panel, like doors, door window, frames, cabinet, kitchen cabinet furniture, and sashes, according to specifications.\r\n• Select, installs and adjusts saw blades, cutter heads, boring bits in respective machines, using hand tools rule\r\n• Start machine makes trial cut\r\n• Periodically verifies dimensions of parts for adherence to specifications, using gauges templates\r\n• May assemble fabricated parts to make millwork products, like doors, cabinet, kitchen cabinet and door window frames.\r\n• May be designated according to products as Door Maker saw and plan, Frame Maker, Cabinet Maker.\r\n• Operated CNC machines and loaded and unloaded parts, minor machine offsets, minor tool changes, debarred, measured and documented quality records.\r\n
