Sr. Sales Account Executive seeking work in the EU

-In my current role I Develop and nurture relationships with gatekeepers and decision makers in order to assess their needs and provide them with the best solutions to achieve their advertising and marketing goals.\r\n\r\n -I have maintained an average of 150% to quota every quarter for the last two years; doing so while participating in our leadership development program, managing a small team. I have been able to achieve this number by mapping out my entire fiscal year. Starting with my annual objectives then working backwards by setting quarterly & monthly objectives, expected revenue, number of new clients needed based on my KPI’s.\r\n\r\n- For the last two quarters two members of my team averaged 103%to quota and the other had an average of over 200% to quota.\r\n\r\n-President\'s club attendee(Top 10% of company) 3 out of 4 years \r\n- The ability to exceed quota and target autonomously.
