BA Social work Degree was my first qualification. Skills involved were counseling, community profiling and development, Faciltaiting group work sessions.\r\nProject management- Certificate was obtained in 1996 and it enable me to implement budgeting skills indealing with funded non profit organisations.\r\nBudgeting and expenditure management . \r\nStaff Development and training- Certificate\r\nPolicy development becomes effective when the directorate has to review its policies or when there is a need to develop standard operating procedures. \r\nOffice management skills are utilized in administration of reports, presentations and when giving guidance and support to the officials at the district level.\r\nProblem solving when customers are not happy with the service delivery.\r\nDocument Management and records keeping\r\nManagement of risks becomes effecting when correcting/managing risks that have been identified by the internal auditor.
