I was the Laboratory Manager in my previous place of work, so we were working towards registering the Laboratory aspect of the Diagnostic Centre at Medical Laboratory Council of Nigeria, It was challenging as you have to meet up with several criteria, I had to inspire and encourage my team of Laboratory staffs on the task ahead and at the end of the day our hard work paid off as we got the registration of the Laboratory. We did not stop there, rather we continued to work effectively to maintain quality at the Lab and in all Lab processes.
